However, like many electrical contractors, the team relied on Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to de-energise and re-energise properties before certain installation work could take place.

That dependency could introduce delays outside L&B Electrical’s control, making it harder to schedule work efficiently and creating additional pressure as demand increased.

L&B Electrical partnered with Shocking Energy to achieve Safe Isolation Provider (SIP) Accreditation, enabling its engineers to undertake approved isolation work without relying on DNO attendance for every installation.
